Hi, my name is Pat Jacoby. I have been a custom baker and cake decorator for 20 years. I opened my shop on May 12, 1981 at 800 3rd Street, but my business grew so quickly; I had to relocate to a larger place where I am presently located. My shop is at 1018 Laurel Street in Highland Illinois. It is a beautiful location in the center of town "on the square". My delivery area is a 50-mile radius from downtown Highland. This includes the Metro East and the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. All other requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.

If it's a wedding cake you're looking for, my shop has a lovely "show room" that you can visit and see the latest styles up close. I also have hundreds of photos to choose from. There are also a wide variety accessory items, from cake-tops to serving knives. Come on in and let me help you "build" your wedding cake, the perfect cake for your perfect wedding.

If it's a birthday cake or some other special occasion cake you're looking for, I can help there too. Although wedding cakes are the "specialty of the house", I also decorate cakes of all shapes and sizes. If you have a napkin or picture you want to match, bring it in, I can make your cake look just like it. I also have the capability of scanning in any image you may have and printing it on edible paper. The results are incredible! Look for the KopyJet area on this website.

Although the kitchen is not at "home" you still get that home-made taste and look. The kitchen is regularly inspected by the Madison County Health Department, and never scoring less than 96% with the last inspection scoring a perfect 100%.

I hope you enjoy browsing this website. It was created by two of the most important people in my life, my son Adam and my husband Bill. My three other most important people in my life are my daughters Trisha and Leah, who have grown up with me at the shop and my Mom Marcie who retired from her regular job at the age of 80 and now helps me deliver wedding cakes every weekend. Without them, this dream would have never been possible.
